Добавлено: оказывается на blizzone.ru в архивы с модами уже вложены D2SE_SETUP.ini и bmp с кнопкой. Очень удобно. А я уже думал, что придется или перезакачивать самораспаковывающиеся архивы, или настраивать вручную.

В архиве ancestral_recall отсутствует запускающий скрипт. Кстати, этот мод у меня, вроде, запускался с менеджером.
И не смог запустить chaos_empire. Методом копирования в папку MODS-2 и запуском скрипта.
А по инструкции к моду неохота файлы высыпать в папку с Diablo 2 с заменой оригинальных файлов. Ругается на d2gfx.dll. Пробовал менять режим на D3D. Не помогает. Менять данный файл в корневой папке не пробовал. Подозреваю, что это из-за того, что базовая версия 1.13, поскольку играю изредка в Баттле. И, если откатить до 1.10 или 1.12, то всё пойдёт, но неохота шаманить из-за одного мода. Кстати, он того стОит? Хороший мод?
З.Ы. У меня еще поддерживаются менеджером Valhalla, Inferno, Hell Unleashed, Median 2008. Правда, я не заморачивался с удалением из дистрибутива "лишних" файлов, т.е. тех, которые предоставляются менеджером, а оставлял в первозданном виде дистрибутив.
Ещё мне понравился мод The Second coming, но я не смог его с менеджером запустить, не говоря уже о The Third Day, который плавно вытекает из TSC

Привет, ancestral_recall нужно копировать в папку с игрой, скрипт с ним не работал и через менеджер не пашет из-за отсутствующего ядра патча 1.10В (в менеджере поддержка 1.10F)
chaos_empireПосле игры в этот мод я стал делать Myth, взял от туда монстров новых, игрушки, временные вещи (факел, сигаретка...), чёрное зелье (но рецепт мой). Мод сложный и интересный, у меня жена в него любила раньше играть, потом на мой подсела
Установка:1. Сделать резерв всех dll и Patch_D2.mpq
2. Запустить D2VidTst.ехе (лежит в папке с игрой), выбрать параметр D3D (средняя вкладка - выбирать для всех модов, которые не работают с менеджером).
3. В архиве с модом есть архив - install_dll, его нужно распаковать с заменой всех файлов (ставить можно на патч 1.13)
4. Запустить из папки с помод скрипт запуска, играть.
Удаление:Удалить все dll и скопировать из резерва свои, если запароли нечаяно и не сделали резерв то можно скачать архивы с патчами с сайта http://www.blizzone.ru/patches.html
Можешь ещё попробовать установить по нормальному, как автор задумал, но у меня что то не хотел.

Description of Gem-Bags:
There are 7 Gem-Bags for each gem type.
The bag can contain 2 gems of same type and quality, if you put in a third of same type and quality it willbe converted to next better quality.
There can be 200 perfect gems in bag
Maximum is 200 Perfect, 2 Flawless, 2 Normal, 2 Flawed and 2 Chipped Gems of same type.
So 208 gems in bag for only 1 place in inventory, you save 207 places!
How to put gems into gem-bags
Put the gem-bag and the correct gem type into cube, press the button, thats it
If there are already 2 of same type in gem bag, you get a better one that you can cube again into stash, until its a perfect one
How to get gems back?
Put the gem-bag into the cube, press the button, and one of the lowest will be put off from bag
To get the perfect gem, you must remove up to 8 from other type...heee you got 207 saved places..so do a little work
